Jay!!! I am loving you! You know it was my master plan to lock you in an ICU so you would have to read the book. But I’m so glad you enjoyed it and it was a great distraction to sit and discuss Kate and Kelly’s psyche rather than focus on what was goin on with Brian. You are the best!!!

Jay– back when I was stalking you to follow our blog and join our chicklitisnotdead.com page on Facebook…I never imagined that not only would you join both but you’d also READ our book! First, LOVE that you talked to the book because that’s a really good sign. Second, Sex and the City is one of the best shows ever so I completely support the viewing….and recommend that you catch more episodes on TBS or even better, HBO On Demand (because it’s just sooo much better WITH the F word) because you’ll probaby learn more about women there than anywhere else. Finally, LOVE your idea of changing the cover… we can make it look like a brown paper bag… no need to feel ashamed….we’ll protect your privacy and keep your manhood intact!

I could actually feel like my testosterone levels dropping as I read the book. I must confess, while I do not represent anywhere near your target audience, I loved the book. While reading, I actually said OUT LOUD “don’t do it Kelly, the guys is a pig”. When I forgot to bring the book to the hospital, I watched “Sex in the City”. Maybe I am discovering my chick side? BTW, make a version of the book with a different cover/title so guys like me can buy and read it in public. I can’t afford other guys seeing me with a book like yours.

Lisa, you are so right. I tested something at the supermarket when I got home from Paso. I chatted up a woman in the line while waiting to buy something at the supermarket. It was rather late at night, so I said “ You come here from a party? … because you look blistering hot (she did look great). She stammered a quick thank you. The smile on her face was a treasure to behold.
