Love this! She’s funny…love her wry humor and the bit about all the ex boyfriends… I can honestly say I’m still friends with many…most…of my exes as well…much to the dismay of their wives, but alas, they don’t get it… I’ve known some of those guys since they were six years old.

Can. Not. Wait. to read this book!! Although, last time I read one of Allison’s books, I wanted to read another one INSTANTLY, but she was still writing this one. So I’m a little nervous about how I’ll feel once I finish TWTIW. Does she have another release planned for, say, July 1?!

I agree with her about Exes. I’m still friends with almost all of my Ex Girlfriends. In fact I had dinner with my first GF a couple weeks ago. She is engaged to a new guy after she divorced her husband. We’re good enough friends that I can get away with busting her chops with lines like “38 years and you still haven’t come crawling back to me?” The only one I’m not sure about, I don’t know where she lives. It was 35+ years ago.
So excited for this new release! And she’s such a kick!

Friends with your ex’s ? That’s something I thought would never happen in my lifetime. Then I hooked up with one on FB that I had dated 23 years ago. We talk every day now. Then again, I went looking for him initially for not so pure intentions. And he keeps asking when we are going to revisit our past activities, if you know what I mean. So, no, I don’t think I would be comfortable with my boyfriend hanging with his ex’s.
